Create your account with your phone number or email, then connect your MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money wallet for direct, password-protected payments. Add your school, work and moving date, landlords see this when reviewing your requests.
Explore the interactive map across university hubs and city centers. Filter by budget, room style or Verified status, and review full interior photos, video walkthroughs and clear pricing with no surprise fees.
Have a question before you commit? Ask it right in the app. There's no viewing fee and no need to travel across town just to find out a room is already gone.
Found a room you like? Tap Request Booking. The landlord receives an instant alert along with your tenant profile to review.
The landlord reviews your profile and taps Approve to hold the room for you. You'll be notified as soon as a decision is made.
Tap Pay to Unlock and pay via MTN MoMo or Orange Money. Your deposit moves safely into DHUB Escrow, not to the landlord directly. Paying instantly unlocks the landlord's direct phone number, in-app messaging and the exact street location, and the room closes on the map so no one else can book it.
Use your unlocked address to meet the landlord, inspect your room and collect your keys. Once you're satisfied, sign the lease in person and tap Confirm Move-In inside the app.
Once the landlord also taps Tenant Has Moved In, DHUB releases the funds from escrow straight to their Mobile Money account and generates an official digital receipt for both of you. Support is available 24/7 in-app under Settings, or by email, if you ever need it.
