Welcome to D-HUB, a digital housing and property-location platform connecting landlords and tenants. By accessing or using D-HUB, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Users must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity under the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
D-HUB acts strictly as a technology facilitator. It is not a real estate agent, broker, guarantor, or intermediary. Users are solely responsible for verifying listings and entering rental agreements independently.
D-HUB allows landlords to list properties and tenants to search, filter, and communicate. The Platform does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or rental outcomes.
Paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
All platform content, software, logos, and designs belong to D-HUB. Users grant D-HUB a worldwide, royalty-free license to use uploaded content for platform operations.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” D-HUB disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
D-HUB shall not be liable for losses arising from platform use. Total liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless D-HUB from claims arising from misuse, violations, or uploaded content.
D-HUB may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraudulent activity. Obligations accrued before termination remain enforceable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, including: Cybersecurity Law (2010/012), Electronic Commerce Law (2010/021), Personal Data Protection Law (2024/017), the Civil Code, and OHADA regulations.
D-HUB respects user privacy and complies with Law No. 2024/017 on Personal Data Protection. This policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
This policy applies to all users, including landlords and tenants, and covers data collected directly or indirectly through the Platform.
D-HUB uses organizational and technical safeguards such as access controls, secure servers, and system monitoring. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
D-HUB does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with:
Property listings are publicly visible to users. By posting content, users accept this visibility and responsibility for accuracy and legality.
Data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, operational, and security obligations.
D-HUB may integrate services such as maps or payments. Their privacy policies apply independently.
The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and above. Data from minors is removed immediately if discovered.
Updates may be made to reflect legal or operational changes. Continued use indicates acceptance.
Users may contact D-HUB through official communication channels provided on the platform.
By using D-HUB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this User Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
You authorize D-HUB to display listings, process usage data, and send system notifications. All processing complies with Cameroon’s data protection laws.
Communication must remain respectful and lawful. Harassment, scams, or abuse are prohibited and may result in account termination.
D-HUB does not mediate landlord–tenant disputes. Users must resolve disputes independently or through legal channels under Cameroonian law.
Users must not bypass security measures, reverse engineer the platform, or access accounts without authorization.
You are responsible for your listings, communications, and actions. D-HUB is not liable for agreements made between users.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, including cybersecurity, electronic commerce, data protection, civil, and OHADA commercial laws.
D-HUB may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance.
